Spirit guides, teachers, ancestors and loved ones that have passed are channeled to help provide clients clarity and insight into different areas of their lives including career, relationships, health, etc. Prior to the reading, information will be channeled and then relayed at the opening of the session. The client can then help guide the direction of the reading by asking questions about topics on their minds. Ancestors and passed loved ones often come through to provide peace, connection and additional guidance to clients. That said, every session is different. All readings are held virtually. Please note that the information provided during readings is to help support the individual but in the end, it is the sole responsibility of the client as to how he/she uses the guidance.

Reiki is a Japanese practice that improves the flow of an individual’s universal life force energy to assist their body to relax and encourages natural self-healing. Mindy’s method combines Reiki with other energy work practices including the client’s Akashic Records to remotely move, release, and heal energetic blocks to help reduce stress and improve your overall feeling of well-being. The distance energy session will begin with a consultation over the phone before moving into the energy work and will conclude with a discussion on any information that arose (often related to physical, emotional, mental, and/or spiritual state). Pets (especially cats and dogs) are welcome to join the session as long as they will not be a distraction to the client.
